Refraction seeks any story told well. We're interested in historical analysis, current affairs, cultural criticism, fiction, art, photography, music, and more; anything considered and thought provoking which sheds light on our communal past, present, and future.
We're ready for your ideas, your works in progress, your sketches for stories you want to tell and questions you want to explore.
